Ticket Priority Estimated Response Time Criteria for using this priority
Critical Within 1 hour 1 or more users completely unable to use their computer (Call Leonard on CELL after submitting ticket)
High Within 4 hours Major functionality out on a computer (multiple programs not working, critical function unable to be done)
Medium Within 24 hours Most tickets, any functional defects on your computer
Low Within 1 week Routine or scheduled items, not related to a repair that needs to be done
Documentation Only N/A This is for jobs that have already been completed.
